After briefly defining Virtual Exchange (VE) and differentiating this innovative pedagogy from the concept of virtual mobility, the contribution will focus on the two main types of Virtual Exchange projects, analysing the main pros and cons of each of them.
The presentation will then introduce relevant VE case studies implemented in the field of Higher Education in the last few years, illustrating the main take-aways from each of them.
