17 November 2021 | 11.15 - 12.15 (Israel Local Time)
About the Webinar:
First published in 2001 and updated in its 2020 ‘Companion Volume’, the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is a highly useful tool to create a common understanding of language learning, teaching and assessment. First created in Europe but now used all over the world, it sets out an “action-oriented” approach to language learning and assessment, while presenting illustrative descriptors exemplifying second language acquisition across a series of reference levels. This session will explain what this means in practice and how it can help national ministries, educational institutions and the learners themselves in the language learning journey.
