Dr. Işıl Günseli Kaçar

Işıl Günseli Kaçar is an English instructor at the Department of Foreign Language Education at Middle East Technical University (METU) in Turkey. She is interested in pre-service language teacher education, teacher identity, English as a Lingua Franca, flipped learning, mentoring, the integration of technologies into English language teaching, telecollaboration, and teaching writing. She worked as a tutor at the academic writing center at METU previously. She has coordinated a number of national and international research projects on pre-service teacher education and e-mentoring.
